Brain Tumour Service (Neuro-Oncology): this new website includes information about the different types of brain tumour treated at UCLH, a Meet the Team section and stories from patients who have been treated here. The site was developed and tested with patients. The new website explains the treatments for the different types of brain tumours for both patients, carers and professionals and also what each member of the Hospital team does.

BANA (The British Acoustic Neuroma Association)
The website has been designed and developed by people affected by Acoustic Neuroma using information and data gathered from traceable sources. Relieves the suffering of patients who have been diagnosed as having or have been treated for acoustic neuroma. Promotes and supports research into the treatment and prevention of Acoustic Neuroma.

Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support (with which Cancerbackup has merged) improves the lives of people affected by cancer.  The website has many pages of up-to-date cancer information, practical advice and support for cancer patients, their families and carers.

Cancer Research Campaign (UK)
The Cancer Research Campaign (CRC) supports a comprehensive programme of research in institutes, hospitals, universities and medical schools throughout Britain and Northern Ireland.

Brain and Spine Foundation
Information on living with a neurological condition and on diagnosis. There are publications and resources. The useful glossary of neurological conditions (under 'Information and support') includes links to some other organisations as well as to Brain and Spine Foundation information.

Neurological Alliance
Collective voice for 80 organisations, including stroke and brain injury. Organisations are listed at https://www.neural.org.uk/our-members/, a good place to start if looking for information on those conditions. Site also includes information about living with a neurological condition, a glossary, and information about onset and diagnosis as well as a small set of real life stories.
