This is a forum for researchers and clinicians to talk to each other about questions they have on aspects of neurorehabilitation, and possible techniques to explore those questions. Research in neurorehabilitation often takes a long time to carry out, and even longer to publish, and this event gives us the chance to learn what research is underway and what is being achieved. It offers an opportunity to give input and feedback and may stimulate new collaborations between our clinical and academic colleagues.
We are inviting abstracts with a view to delivering a short talk (7 minutes, maximum 3 slides) showcasing your research, particularly highlighting methods and how you may use them to answer research questions in neurorehabilitation. We will then give each speaker a station and invite colleagues to join them for further discussions.
Submit your expression of interest:
- a short abstract (around 100 words)
- include your research title
- include your topic area (e.g. cognitive rehab, aphasia, motor, neuromuscular, pain in stroke, fatigue, etc)
- highlight your area of methodological expertise (e.g. Modelling, TMS, virtual reality, qualitative, MRI, EEG)
Send your expression of interest to cnr@ucl.ac.uk by 5th December 2024.
