About the Speaker

Professor Natasha Lannin

at Monash University

Professor Lannin has an extensive research track record in rehabilitation and recovery after neurological disease and injury. Working within the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, CSS Monash University, she conducts randomised trials investigating the effects of rehabilitation interventions in stroke and brain injury populations. She is the chair of the management committee of the Australian Stroke Clinical Registry, and has a program of research on implementing clinical practice guidelines in stroke, rehabilitation and allied health. Her position embedded in the Monash University CCS at Alfred Health additionally supports building research capacity and adherence to clinical practice guidelines across allied health disciplines. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the International Stroke Recovery and Rehabilitation Alliance.
