Event Information
Location
-
Basement Lecture Theatre, 33 Queen Square, London, WC1N 3BG
Date: Friday 29th May 2015
The
Symposium brings together MSc and PhD students across diverse neuroscience
domains, including clinical, cognitive and computational scopes of study, and
offers students at the IoN an invaluable opportunity to showcase and discuss
their research.
It provides a platform for students to network with peers, gain a broader perspective of neuroscience research, and to gather feedback on their work from the variety of academics present on the day.
The symposium will be a day-long event commencing with poster sessions
in the morning, followed by talks by students and early career
neuroscientists in the afternoon.
We are delighted to announce that this
year’s Keynote Lecture will be given by Professor Geoffrey Raisman (UCL
IoN).
The poster session will be judged competitively by academic
members of the IoN, and the quality of work presented has always been
highly acknowledged. Cash prizes will be given to each poster winner.
The event will be followed by an early evening drinks and cheese reception.
Venue: Lecture theatre, 33 Queen Square.
