PATTERN: Impact

The PATTERN campaign raises awareness about the impact of unacceptable behaviours in academic and similar settings. Those affected may blame themselves, internalise their experiences, and avoid seeking help, allowing the behaviours to persist. Additionally, those displaying such behaviours may be unaware of their impact, and increased awareness can encourage change. PATTERN thus addresses these behaviours at both the individual and organisational levels, recognising their interdependent relationship. Our posters, illustrations, and promotional materials aim to highlight their impact, empowering people to recognise the signs and take action.

2. Physical health
3. Behavioural changes
4. Personal relationships
5. Career development

PATTERN focuses on impact of unacceptable behaviour on an organisation's:

1. Local workplace/ study culture
2. Reputation, staffing, finances and productivity
