Why did you choose to study your programme and what made you choose UCL Faculty of Brain Sciences/Institute?

UCL offered the perfect programme for me: The Dual Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences allowed me to select from a wide variety of courses – plus I could spend one year in London and one year in Paris.

What did you enjoy most about your programme?

The freedom to choose among so many different courses including cellular neurobiology, cognitive neuroscience, and philosophy of mind.

Did you experience any benefits from studying in London?

London is a fantastic city and I got to know many wonderful people.

Did you benefit from any partnerships or relationships that your department had with other organisations?

The degree is jointly organized with the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, both in Paris.

How did you get to where you are now in your career? Was there anything in particular from your time at UCL Faculty of Brain Sciences/Institue that was valuable?

The Masters’ thesis was an amazing research opportunity. I am still in contact with my past supervisors and with other researchers from the institute.

What do you enjoy most about your job if applicable?

The opportunity pursue scientific questions that I am really interested in.
