This course explores the role of education in addressing violent conflicts and crises. You will examine the complexities of conflict-affected environments and learn how to foster sustainable peace.

This course will deepen students’ knowledge and understanding of the gender dimensions of research, analysis, policy and practice in relation to education in low- and middle-income countries.

This course equips students to promote education, health, and wellbeing in low- and middle-income countries with values of equity, empowerment, participation, social justice, and sustainability.
