Nurturing Global Leaders Programme

Over the summer of 2019, non-finalist undergraduate students from the Institute of Education have the opportunity to join the Hong Kong University Nurturing Global Leaders Programme in Thailand or Cambodia on a tuition fee free basis.
Participants will receive one week of training before spending eight to nine weeks teaching English at local schools in either Thailand or Cambodia.
To be considered, students must complete an application on Portico. The deadline for applications will be 23.59 on Friday 11th January 2019. A shortlist of candidates will then be interviewed to ensure that the most suitable students are selected. The students selected will then have to complete a second application for HKU before their places are confirmed.
