Work of the IOE selected to represent the best of UCL in new Made at UCL campaign

20 September 2019

Eleven stories from the UCL Institute of Education (IOE) have been chosen by the UCL community to represent the best of UCL as part of its new #MadeAtUCL campaign.

Made At UCL - Disruptive Thinking artwork

Made at UCL highlights 100 stories showing how UCL works to improve lives and communities and create real world impact.

These stories celebrate how we have been touching lives across the fields of health, technology, culture, the environment, communities, and justice and equality through our ground-breaking research and discoveries.

The IOE stories span across four categories (technology, culture, community, and justice and equality) and include work on supporting teachers to educate pupils about the Holocaust, ending violence against girls in schools, attracting a wider range of people to STEM careers, and improving employment prospects for autistic adults

Read all the IOE stories shortlisted in the Made at UCL campaign.

The campaign encourages people to vote for their favourite story. It will culminate in a celebratory event where star stories from each category will be revealed.

You can vote for your favourite story by reading the nominated entries and clicking in the 'Vote for this story' box in the right hand column.
