At IOE, we bring together staff with research and teaching interests that encompass psychological approaches to learning, development and teaching from early childhood to adulthood. Working with headteachers, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCOs) and teaching assistants (TAs) to improve their practice in a variety of settings, we are committed to supporting schools and changing lives. Our specialist graduate courses focus on developing students’ professional practice in disability, inclusive education, and educational policy.
