- Empower students to make informed choices and take ownership of their learning journey.
- Align goals with family culture and values to foster long-term support and meaningful outcomes.
- Include community, transition, and support services inside and outside of school to build sustainable pathways.
This online event will be particularly useful for researchers, policymakers and teachers.
