The impact of T-levels: New upper secondary vocational qualifications in the UK
Looking at the impact of T-levels: Hear Robbie Maris discuss the findings of his analysis of the qualification.

Technical and vocational education and training (VET) is a crucial part of any economy and education system. In particular, upper secondary VET systems are responsible for educating a large proportion of the population, significantly impacting productivity, economic growth and skills shortages.
Robbie will analyse the short-run impacts of a new set of hybrid upper secondary VET qualifications in the UK: T-levels, particularly early indications of T-levels' negative short-run impact.
He will discuss how these impacts are more pronounced for the marginal student when considering other alternate forms of study.
This event will be particularly useful for researchers in the economics of education.
Please note this is a hybrid event and can be joined either in-person or online.
