Working-age populations have never been better trained, but uncertain skill demand and persistent inequalities raise concerns about career outcomes.

The speakers will discuss where these uncertainties in skill demand come from, including factors such as digital transformation, stalling productivity, and geopolitical developments. They'll look at the concerns around graduates' ability to apply their skills in the labour market effectively and the impact of socio-structural inequalities on graduate career prospects.
