In this webinar, Bernardette will foreground evidence-based pedagogy and lessons from research, including recommendations from the Modern Foreign Languages Pedagogy Review by Sir Ian Bauckham in 2016.
Building on cognitive science, we now know more about how children learn most successfully. She will also discuss how we can apply 'best bets' to the teaching and learning of modern languages, with implications for the future direction of language learning.
This online event will be particularly useful for teachers and modern foreign language (MFL) language educators.
