This talk will highlight the current trends and challenges in task-based teacher training, such as the impacts of Covid-19, and how technology can be leveraged to support teacher training and research endeavors.
Lara will also examine how teachers can adapt tasks based on the needs of their learners, as well as the effect of prior teaching experience on teachers' task design process.
This event will be particularly useful for those interested in applied linguistics, language teaching and learning, teacher education, and mixed-methods research.
