CANCELLED Teachers as designers for intercultural communicative competence
This event has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience.

This event will discuss a bespoke curriculum design model for mediation and intercultural communicative competence.
Based on MFL teacher projects in North Wales, London and the United States, we will see exemplars for many languages and cultures that unfold pupil deliverables for transition across levels within transdisciplinary themes. Through these tasks, our learners solve problems and create products with value beyond the classroom, develop the confidence to use the language they own right now and the motivation to mediate for others.
This event will be particularly useful for teachers, teacher educators and researchers in education and curriculum.
No registration required.
