Emily, Rocio and David will explore three doctoral studies on Multi-agency Safeguarding Hubs, Virtual School Heads and the Family Drug and Alcohol Courts.

The speakers will discuss the design of each PhD project, its rationale and the challenges to evaluating these interventions. They will outline how they are assessing the feasibility of evaluating these interventions using quasi-experimental methods and how they are planning to overcome some of the challenges.

Speakers

  • Emily Ashford
  • Rocio Mendez Pineda
  • David Sanders-Ellis

This event will be particularly useful for researchers interested in impact evaluations of variably implemented policies and interventions which do not have rich prospectively collected data

Please note that this is a hybrid event and can be joined either in-person or virtually.
