This new book engages with broad debates about educational challenges in conflict-affected contexts and draws on the interactions between the Maoist rebellion and the politics of education in Nepal to provide new insights into research, policy and educational practice in politically unstable and conflict-affected environments.

Tejendra will introduce the book and the panel of speakers specialising in the field of education and conflict and Nepal studies will reflect on the book’s relevance to Nepal’s post-conflict social and political developments as well as its contributions to the wider field of education, conflict and peace.
