Digitalisation is significantly changing the nature of work and professionals’ learning needs are changing. How professionals engage in continual professional learning in this evolving context is not well understood. Underpinned by the Theory of Practice Architectures (TPA) and Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), this project seeks to inject new conceptual thinking about professional learning.

In this event, Shirley will explain the project and present its progress to date, which includes working with 21 Australian professional associations to better understand how professionals learn as they work in work contexts that are increasingly being digitalised.

This event will be particularly useful for those interested in academics and researchers.

Please note this event is hybrid and can be joined either in-person or online.
