The Senior Technician: Leadership, training and management of the science technical service

As an experienced technician, in charge or aspiring to run your department's technical service, this course will enable you develop skills for sharing good practice and to identify and address any changes needed to improve. You will be able to deliver and enhance the service, in your school and possibly beyond, through training others and setting up local groups.
