The easy-to-use Missionmaker Macbeth software has been developed at the UCL Knowledge Lab by a team led by Professor Andrew Burn, in partnership with the British Library.
With this software, you can create 3D adventure games of the Shakespearean play - complete with Macbeth’s castle, the blasted heath, Birnam Wood, all the characters and even the witches’ cauldron ingredients!
The public launch is part of the British Library's “Off the Page: Chapter Two” event which will explore the overlap between literature and games.
Programme
Demonstrations of the Missionmaker Macbeth software by two trainee English teachers will take place at 14.45, followed by a launch announcement by Professor Andrew Burn at 16.00.
