About the scheme
The ECTP and NPQ teams at UCL’s Centre for Educational Leadership are thrilled to launch the second round of our Postgraduate Leadership Bursary Scheme, a special opportunity for anyone in a leadership role, who is currently actively working within our Delivery Partner network of schools, delivering to or supporting participants on our ECF, ECT or NPQ programmes.
We are offering 75% funding to a number of successful candidates to do a master’s degree in educational leadership, starting in September 2026. This opportunity is open to:
- ECT and NPQ mentors
- facilitators
- induction tutors
- headteachers
- colleagues in leadership roles within Delivery Partner organisations.
