The Centre for Educational Leadership (CEL) is the UK’s largest university-based centre for research, teaching, development and innovation in educational leadership. We sit inside IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society. We have been shaping policy and helping government, organisations and individuals to navigate a radically changing society for the last 120 years.
