The Swedish Dementia Centre (SDC) is the national centre for excellence in the field of dementia. The centre collects, structures and disseminates knowledge about dementia. One of our principal tasks is to strengthen the links between research and practice and to communicate evidence-based knowledge in a practical setting to health and social care givers.

CST Implementation

The Swedish dementia centre is currently undertaking the translation and cultural adaptation of the book Making a Difference 1. This work is expected to be completed within the current year. A web-based training program on this material is planned for completion in 2027.
