Join us for a day of thought-provoking discussion and collaboration as we explore innovative methods and interdisciplinary approaches to studying human–nonhuman relationships. The event will feature a keynote presentation by Dr. Matthew Adams (University of Brighton) and a panel discussion with researchers from diverse social science backgrounds.

Key themes include:

  • Emerging research methods in multispecies studies
  • Challenges and ethical considerations in studying and working with nonhumans
  • The role of multispecies research in addressing environmental challenges (& beyond)

Organized by doctoral researchers in Anthropology, this symposium welcomes participants from all academic backgrounds and beyond. We encourage students, researchers, and community collaborators to join and contribute to this timely conversation.
