Seminar: Dorothy Sayers in the 21st Century

Dorothy L Sayers (1893-1957) is best known for her work as a detective novelist. She was also an essayist, poet, translator, lay theologian, advertising copywriter, playwright, reviewer, and a prolific letter writer.

The organisers invite proposals for 20-minute presentations on the central theme of Sayers’ work, its interpretation, publication and reception in the 21st Century. Abstracts of circa 250 words, with a brief presenter’s biography, should be sent to m.rawlinson@ucl.ac.uk by 1 August 2024.
