A Playful Social: making play about research

Coney are BAFTA-winning makers of immersive and interactive play to spark change, also IAS creative fellows at UCL in 2022.
We’re presenting here two very different pieces to play based on research:
• The Surrogacy Act, by Rhianna Ilube with researchers Zaina Mahmoud and Meera Somji;
• The School Board, by Tassos Stevens

We'll frame these with open discussion about the value of play-based approaches, including how these might help communicate research to wider audiences. Come to play (or to watch if you'd rather), and to connect with others in conversation. Open to the general public, including UCL staff and students.

Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
