Transcriptomic analyses

Our interest is in deriving new methods to extrapolate meaningful biological information from complex multicellular tissue transcriptomes.

The majority of our initial and ongoing work makes use of the Agilent microarray platform, a system in which we have optimised data extraction and analysis using in-house generated software (Agilp).
