Our ECR Innovation Grant is part the Division's continued commitment to supporting our early career scientists.
In July 2016 the Division of Infection and Immunity launched a new initiative to support the career development of its early career researchers (last year PhD and Postdocs), the ‘ECR Innovation Grant.' This initiative is part of our continued commitment to supporting early career scientists, helping them transition from postdoc to independent group leaders.
Purpose: To offer the Division of Infection and Immunity ECRs the opportunity to secure a small research grant to support the pursuit of an independent research project, and to gain experience of preparing and defending a grant proposal.
