In Madrid, there were 4,250 deaths from
haematopoietic cancer (cancers of the blood) over the study period (2000 -
2007). This figure consists of 2,167 male deaths and 2,083 female deaths
and is based on data from the Mortality Registry of Madrid. The
spatial distribution of mortality due to haematopoietic cancer in Madrid is
