Clinical Trials

Personalised and targeted healthcare, matching the right treatment to the right person at the right time.

Clinical trials are the means by which investigational agents, devices, or biologics, such as chemotherapy agents, blood products, or gene therapies are scientifically evaluated in human volunteers for safety and efficacy. Innovative clinical trial designs will be necessary to progress toward a more personalised approach.

UCL Clinic Trials Facilities accommodate early and late phase clinical trials of new anti-cancer drugs and treatments for children and adults.
