The University College London Institute for Global Health and Umeå Centre for Global Health Research, Sweden invite you to attend our conference on mHealth: Evidence from low- and middle-income countries, to be held in London on January 27th and 28th, 2015. The first of its kind in the UK, this multidisciplinary event will assess the evidence base for mHealth in the world's poorest settings.

The explosive growth of mobile technology over the past decade has generated exciting new thinking around the potential of so called "mHealth" to improve health, with evidence beginning to emerge from high-income countries. However, the evidence base from low- and middle-income countries is weak. The two-day symposium will examine current debates around evidence within the fields of health systems and health education, with a focus on tangible health outcomes. Academics, health professionals, development practitioners, postgraduate students, the media and the public are invited to attend.

Live Streaming

If you aren't able to attend this event in London both days will be live streamed here.
