19th June, 2018: This course aims to familiarise participants with the R interface and the R language, in order to enable them to conduct statistical analysis; from reading in their datasets to performing mainstream statistical tests.
20th-21st June, 2018: This course provides an overview of different regression types and details the application of multiple linear regression. Day one of the course focuses on the theory behind regression analysis, in particular linear regression, and covers the formulation, interpretation and validation of linear regression models. A second, optional day allows delegates hands-on use of a statistical package (SPSS) to see how the theory can be applied to answer a specific research question.
25th-26th June, 2018: This course provides an overview of meta-analysis from a statistician’s point of view, with an optional half day workshop in R.
