Biography
Gioacchino Tangari received a B.Sc in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Bari, Italy, and an M.Sc in Computer and Communication Networks Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2015. His main research interest is network monitoring in the context of novel programmable networks, with the objective to achieve a timely detection of emerging network conditions, while ensuring scalability in terms of resource consumption and latencies. He is also looking at scalability issues of high-speed packet processing on commodity hardware. He has been working as a research intern in Nokia Bell Labs, Paris, and Telefonica Research, Barcelona
