Biography
Fan Yang received his B.Eng. degree in communications engineering from the University of Shanghai for science and technology, China, in 2015, his M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from University College London, UK, in 2016. Since 2017 he has been a research assistant in the University of Hong Kong for 1.5 years.
