Biography 

Wenda Li (Member, IEEE) received the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Bristol, UK, in 2013 and 2017 respectively. He worked at the University of Birmingham, UK, as a Research Fellow before joining University College London, UK, where he is a Research Fellow within the Department of Security and Crime Science.
His research interests include signal processing for passive radar and high-speed digital system design for wireless sensing applications in healthcare, security, and positioning. His research in passive WiFi radar has led to a number of IEEE conference and journal publications.
