Cerys Jones received her MMath degree in mathematics from Cardiff University in 2015, her MRes degree in science and engineering in art, heritage and archaeology from UCL in 2016, and her PhD in multispectral imaging and image processing at UCL in 2020.
Cerys is currently working as a postdoc as part of the Art Through the ICT lens (ARTICT) project lead by Prof Miguel Rodrigues and members from Imperial College London and the National Gallery. This project aims to use big data processing tools to support the technical study, preservation and conservation of old master paintings.
