People development is at the heart of everything we do at UCL. Colleagues have access to a comprehensive range of training programmes and development opportunities that are organised by our Organisational Development team.
Mentoring and coaching schemes are also provided, and we have a subscription to LinkedIn Learning - an extensive portfolio of online training. Professional Services colleagues can join UCL's Communities of Practice, and may also be interested in networks such as UCL Astrea.
UCL have arranged subscription to a variety of external resources, which staff can access for free using their UCL credentials including AdvanceHE, Harvard Business Review and Times Higher Education.
Academic staff and those who teach are encouraged to take part in UCL Arena, UCL's professional development pathway for teaching: a scheme of awards accredited by the Higher Education Academy giving teaching and support staff nationally recognised fellowships.
