HR Systems and Business Process

Leading and supporting the implementation and development of HR administrative systems and business processes in line with UCL policy and changing business requirements

The HR Systems and Business Process team are responsible for the development of administrative systems and processes in line with UCL policy requirements and training on HR administrative systems. 

    HR Administrative Systems

    We undertake the following processes: 

    • Specification of system/process improvements
    • Analysis of employment administration problems or change requests
    • Supervision of new systems design
    • User acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Implementation of new processes and systems
    • Data quality control
    • Production of procedure and process manuals for HR systems
    • Audit of HR systems and processes
    • Interrelationship of administration systems across services 

    HR Systems Training

    We run training for UCL administrators on how to use the range of HR administration systems. Requests for training can be sent to hr-services@ucl.ac.uk or booked via the MyLearning Booking System.
