All Staff Belong at UCL

It's important to us that you feel you belong at UCL from the moment you start, and continue to do so throughout your time here. Below you will find a range of induction activities you can choose from to create your personalised welcome to UCL.

UCL is made up of different staff groups and we want to make sure you receive a warm welcome into the whole UCL community, as well as the role-specific community you will be a part of. We have designed several different induction activities to give you a thorough introduction to all the important stuff you will most likely need to know in your first few weeks.

Here’s all the information you need about our induction events. Explore the different elements listed below!
