The UCL Leadership Programmes offer a range of online and in-person learning opportunities for individuals at any stage of their career, from those beginning their careers to those leading departments.

Our programmes provide various tools to enhance management and leadership skills, such as self-paced online courses, opportunities for career advancement, and guidance through mentoring and coaching.

Applications for 2023-24 are now closed. Applications for our 2024-25 programmes will open in Summer 2024.

We also offer a broad range of Leadership Development which you can access at your own time.
