Workplace Health Healthy Work Campaign
15 April 2026
Excellence without Exhaustion
April is Stress Awareness Month, and we are launching our Healthy Work campaign, a programme focused on helping staff manage and reduce stress at work.
As part of the campaign, we will run a series of practical online sessions on 21, 22 and 23 April, offering guidance, tools, and support for both staff and managers.
Whether you want to better understand stress, know what support is available, or feel more confident supporting others, these sessions are a good place to start.
The campaign demonstrates the commitments outlined in our Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan. Under pillar two of the action plan, Wellbeing Support for Everybody, we committed to providing stress support interventions to staff at all levels across the institution.
Join one of our Healthy Work campaign online sessions on 21, 22 and 23 April:
- 1. Unpacking the new Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan: what does it mean for me?
The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan 2026-2028 is a shared commitment to making wellbeing part of everyday working life, consolidating existing good practice and initiatives already underway, while also setting a clear direction for UCL moving forward. This online talk will explore questions such as:
- How and why did the plan come about?
- Why does it only cover 3 years?
- What does it mean for me as a staff member?
- How can I contribute to and support the plan?
Details for the session are:
- Date: Tuesday 21 April
- Time: 10.30am – 11.30am
- Location: Microsoft Teams
While the talk will explore these questions, we would also love to hear questions from you. Got a question ahead of time about the Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan? Ask it now
