What does AHEP offer you?

Supporting you to take control of your career and progression, AHEP connects you with a community of like-minded professionals and provides access to key resources designed to enhance your skills, knowledge and professional development. You can also benefit from mentoring by buddying with a Higher Educaton (HE) Professional from another Higher Education Institute through AHEP to gain insights from beyond UCL.

Upcoming events and activities

As an institutional partner, UCL has 140 free places allocated for online events for colleagues that are not AHEP members. Further details will be shared through Community of Practice channels. If you’d like to formally join as a member, AHEP are offering 20% off membership to members of staff, as well as, for the first 100 members, 15% off its Annual Conference, which takes place annually.

AHEP Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

As part of a new partnership with AHEP, UCL staff can join Special Interest Groups (SIGs) – collaborative networks where members from various roles and institutions connect to share knowledge, address challenges, and shape the future of higher education.

Each SIG focuses on a unique theme, such as digital transformation, inclusion, leadership or teaching and learning, and provide a way for participants to deepen their influence in areas relevant to their role. Find out more on AHEP's dedicated SIGs webpage .
