What is an EAP:

An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is your workplace resource that provides you with a digital health and wellbeing hub, and confidential support services to help address personal or work-related issues affecting your wellbeing.

As a staff member at UCL, you have complete and free access to all the resources available through the EAP. Learn about the service offerings below.

What if I am receiving support via Spectrum Life

Any ongoing counselling or other support cases currently being delivered by our previous provider, Spectrum Life, will continue and be completed under their care. Staff who are already engaged in support with Spectrum Life do not need to take any action- these services will remain in place until the agreed sessions are concluded. This approach ensures continuity of care and a smooth transition during the change in provider.

Please note that Spectrum Life’s digital platform and app will no longer be available after 26 September. If you have any information, data, or resources saved there that you’d like to keep, make sure you download them before this date.
