Thank you for your participation in the recent UCL Staff Experience Survey.
 
We are pleased that 40% of you participated and shared your views to help us make some positive improvements.
 
We are now working to collate and analyse the detailed survey results. The University Management Committee will consider these later in January 2025, after which the key results will be shared across the university and within teams.
 
We commit to keeping you updated on our progress and will provide a further update early in the New Year.
