This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘anxiety’, and Workplace Health works to support the health and wellbeing of staff and PhD students.
Anxiety is a common emotion in us, and is one of the most common mental health problems that we can face.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, free events will be hosted, that actively work to reduce stress and anxiety by providing you with the tools to effect change within your own lives, and we encourage all to attend.
