Celebrate the launch of the Research Support Community of Practice
8 June 2022
On Wednesday 29 June, from 16.30, join this hybrid event to celebrate the formal launch of the Research Support Community of Practice (CoP).
This event will be hybrid: you will be able to attend virtually (via Teams) or in person at the Wilkins Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre (16.30-17.45) and the North Cloisters, Wilkins Building (from 17.45).
We will hear from Professor Geraint Rees (Vice Provost Research), Claire Glen (Executive Director of Research and Innovation Services) and sponsor Professor Mark Emberton (Dean, UCL Faculty of Medical Sciences), who will speak about how the Research Support CoP can contribute to UCL’s mission and strategy. Members of the CoP will also showcase the CoP’s achievements to date.
The talks will be followed by networking, drinks and refreshments in the North Cloisters.

More about the Research Support CoP
The Research Support CoP brings together staff who are involved in supporting applications for and management of funded research. You may be involved in delivering these services directly or represent a wider team, department, faculty or central division with an interest in further contributing to the development and delivery of pre-award and/or post-award research support services at UCL.
