Let us know how you've found the interim policy in supporting your return to campus

12 January 2022

UCL is working with Qlearsite to understand how our employees are finding the return to working on-site for some of their time. Please check your inbox for an email from Qlearsite with the subject line “Future of Work at UCL - Survey Invite” for your unique survey link.

We’re offering staff a final opportunity to let us know how UCL's interim guidance can be improved.

We want to hear from as many colleagues as possible about how you’ve adjusted to returning to working on-site for UCL and how helpful you’ve found the interim guidance that was created to support you through this transition.

Last term, we ran several consultation workshops across the university which generated detailed feedback from 734 colleagues, who were involved in over a thousand conversations.

We will use the findings from these workshops to provide the basis for recommendations we will make to UMC around how the guidance can be improved. But before we finalise these recommendations, we want to make double sure that everyone has had a chance to contribute to the feedback process.

If somehow, we’ve missed you, or if you’ve had new ideas since being asked – then please let us know your thoughts through completing the “Future of Work at UCL” survey. Your responses will help us to shape the future of work at UCL.

How can I take part?

  • Complete the survey by following your unique survey link (the email was sent by our survey partners email from Qlearsite, with the subject line “Future of Work at UCL - Survey Invite”).
  • Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
  • If you can’t find it, don’t worry – we'll send reminder emails on 24, 26 and 28 January to anyone who hasn't completed the survey.
  • And if you’ve already submitted your feedback, or would rather not contribute to this process, you can simply ignore the emails we’ll be sending.
