Staff and manager’s checklist for returning to on site working

A consideration checklist for leaders, managers and their teams for when they return to campus can be found below.
There will be an adjustment period as we return to working more on-site. During this time, there may be some members of staff facing their own challenges with some needing more support than others. Colleagues may also need support with their working arrangements and any existing agreements may need to be reviewed. To help you stay ahead of the many considerations you have to make in time for returning to campus, Organisational Development has put together a printable consideration checklist. This checklist highlights key areas that should be observed to make returning to on-site working as smooth as possible. Line managers should make time to discuss the checklist with members of their team, but it might also be helpful for all members of staff to download it and consider what it means in terms of your own individual needs.
