Applications are now closed: Seeking volunteers to become Dignity Advisors

The network of advisors has been established at UCL for over fifteen years. These roles have been invaluable in holding space for people to explore their options when they experience difficult or hurtful behaviour and as a means of supporting members of the UCL community in resolving difficult situations informally and promptly. 

The role is a valued ‘institutional citizenship’ role that can be recognised in promotion. The Advisors receive full training and mentoring in their role.

The expressions of interests will be reviewed periodically and successful applicants will be invited to attend a formal selection process.
